We are looking for a seasoned Registered Psychologist who is deeply committed to client care, ongoing professional growth, and contributing to a collaborative practice. Please note: This role is for fully registered psychologists with at least 5 years of clinical experience. If you are still gaining hours toward registration, we encourage you to explore future opportunities with us once you meet this requirement.

What You’ll Do

Provide individual and/or couples therapy (in-office and online).- Build and maintain long-term therapeutic relationships with clients.

See 15 clients per week over the course of three 5-hour shifts with the option to increase caseload and hours if desired.

Conduct intake assessments and consultation calls.- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.- Contribute to a positive, engaged team culture and participate in case consultation.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Psychologist in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a fully licensed practitioner.
- Proven ability to retain clients and maintain a full caseload.
- Strong professional standards, intrinsic motivation, and commitment to providing high quality client care.
- A commitment to long-term team collaboration.
- Expertise in both individual and couples therapy is ideal.
Additional assets:
Specialized training in:
- Performance Psychology/Sports Psychology and/or /Working with High Performers and Professionals,
- Couples/Relationship Therapy including expertise in Therapy for Sex and Intimacy.
Interest in mentoring or supervising early-career clinicians.
