For over 20 years, Xtalks has been operating at the forefront of digital media. As we continue to expand our portfolio of B2B digital media offerings we are looking for people with a strong scientific background and who have a demonstrated sales aptitude and business acumen.
You are a team player, quick to adapt, and a problem solver.
All roles will involve contacting senior-level executives around the globe by telephone - so excellent verbal communication and presentation skills are a must. You need to have an engaging personality; one that enables you to ignite and develop a relationship with a client over the course of a phone call. You may also be required to deliver online product demos.
You will also need to be familiar with social media, utilize the relevant platforms and adhere to the company’s best practices to maximize prospect engagement.

We work across various B2B verticals including Pharma/Biotech, Healthcare and Food. You will need to be an exceptional researcher, identifying potential prospects that would be a good fit for our online communities.

Any sales or customer service experience is a plus, but self-motivation and passion to succeed are more important. We are seeking candidates with the following background:
Graduates with a science background and an interest in business. Strong research skills and the ability to understand complex subject matter are a must.
We are seeking individuals that are energized and motivated to make outbound calls. Therefore, any sales or phone experience is a plus.
Our Bay Street offices are located in the heart of Toronto’s bustling Yorkville, just a few steps from Bay/Bloor subway station.
