Alpha4Kids est la marque maison exclusive pour enfants de Vision770, une entreprise optique reconnue comptant 10 succursales à travers le Canada. Conçue spécialement pour les enfants, la collection Alpha4Kids combine style, confort et durabilité.

Qui recherchons-nous?

Nous recherchons un(e) représentant(e) bilingue, motivé(e) pour faire connaître et distribuer la collection Alpha4Kids dans des points de vente autres que les magasins Vision770. Il s’agit d’un poste indépendant à commission, idéal pour une personne dynamique ayant un talent pour les ventes et le développement de partenariats.

Responsabilités principales

• Prospecter activement et présenter la marque Alpha4Kids à des cliniques optiques, des boutiques indépendantes et d'autres commerces au détail.
• Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients afin de favoriser la fidélisation.
• Organiser des présentations de produits en personne et distribuer du matériel promotionnel.
• Négocier les ententes, conclure les ventes et assurer le suivi des commandes.
• Représenter la marque lors d'événements, salons commerciaux et rendez-vous clients.
• Communiquer régulièrement avec le siège social de Vision770 pour assurer un bon suivi et un bon support.

Exigences

• Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit) – obligatoire
• Expérience en vente optique, distribution au détail ou vente sur le terrain B2B – un atout
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
• Autonomie, sens de l’initiative et motivation à atteindre des objectifs
• Posséder un véhicule et être disposé(e) à se déplacer régulièrement
• Apparence professionnelle et bonne présentation
• Connaissance des produits pour enfants ou de la lunetterie – un plus

Rémunération

• Poste 100 % à commission, avec un potentiel de revenus élevé selon la performance

What is Alpha4Kids?

Alpha4Kids is the exclusive children’s eyewear brand by Vision770, a leading optical company with 10 stores across Canada. Designed with both style and safety in mind, Alpha4Kids offers high-quality, durable eyewear tailored specifically for kids.

Who are we looking for?

With that in mind, we are looking for a motivated, bilingual Brand Representative to promote and expand the presence of our Alpha4Kids collection in retail environments outside of Vision770’s own stores. This is a commission-based, independent sales role with significant growth potential for self-starters who excel in relationship-building and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively prospect, visit, and present the Alpha4Kids brand to independent optical stores, clinics, and other relevant retail locations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Provide in-person product demonstrations, samples, and marketing materials.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and follow up on orders.
• Represent the brand professionally at trade shows, local events, and client meetings.
• Coordinate regularly with the Vision770 head office to report on progress and support needs.

Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) – required
• Prior experience in optical sales, retail distribution, or B2B field sales – an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel within your region/province
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Familiarity with children's products or eyewear – a plus

Compensation

• 100% commission-based, with high earning potential based on performance
• Bonus incentives for top performers and long-term accounts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $1.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
