YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

Reporting to the Human Resources General Supervisor, you will be part of the Human Resources Department. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient functioning of the Human Resources department with a focus on HRIS administration. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.

  • Process, verify, and update documentation related to HR activities such as legal employee documents, recruitment, performance management, statistics, and salary administration
  • Input payroll changes in Success Factors accurately and timely according to payroll deadlines
  • Ensure the integrity of Success Factors data through standard auditing practices
  • Provide support to the recruitment process with the on-boarding of new employees
  • Advise employees on relevant policies and procedures, or direct employee inquiries to the appropriate person
  • Act as a liaison between benefit careers (groups plans and RRSP) in provision of benefits and payroll administration;
  • Compare data, statistics and other information and conduct research when required
  • Assisting with HR related duties as required

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Diploma or Degree in HR or Business Administration, or equivalent experience required

  • Working towards CHRP designation an asset

  • Minimum three years’ experience in office administration role

  • Experience with Success Factors and SAP is considered a strong asset

  • Very detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities

  • Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint

  • Schedule: 4/3 or 5/2 schedule at our Macassa Mine.
