Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our food service environment. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. If you have a passion for food service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and assisting customers as needed.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting shortages.
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or kitchen environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
