As a member of the HR team, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and following up on the entire recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
- Contributing to the onboarding and integration of new employees
- Leading the social committee and helping organize events
- Advising, supporting, and/or coaching managers in applying policies and procedures, especially with the Production team
- Coordinating preventive health and safety activities such as risk identification, training development, and coordination
- Managing administrative and medical aspects, investigations, and analysis related to workplace accidents, in collaboration with the prevention mutual
- Co-leading and coordinating the OHS committee
- Supporting employer brand visibility outside the organization
- Participating in internal and external communications (employee surveys, social media, press releases, etc.)
- Supporting and contributing to the completion of various HR team projects
Profile we’re looking for:

A relevant degree (HR, communications, organizational psychology) and at least 1–2 years of direct experience aligned with the responsibilities of the role

Excellent organizational skills

Discretion and tact in handling confidential situations

Strong time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to set priorities

Energetic, great communicator, comfortable speaking in front of groups, and people-oriented

Good knowledge of and comfort with IT systems

Functional French skills
-
Experience in a highly regulated environment (an asset)
