In this role you will:

  • Promote and sell Natural Factors (NF) and Assured Naturals (AN) products to health food stores in and around the Greater Vancouver Area
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify sales opportunities and address challenges.
  • Expand market reach by acquiring new accounts and strengthening relationships with existing customers, promoting products through direct and phone interactions.
  • Educate and train retail staff on NF and AN products, conduct inventory assessments, and support with ordering, advertising, and merchandising.
  • Coordinate in-store promotions, demonstrations, events, and special offers, and manage order facilitation, credits, returns, and special discounts.

You have:

  • An awareness of natural products – Natural Factors, Assured Naturals and our competitors
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in both French and English
  • Previous sales experience
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
