Purpose The goal of the Director, Sales Operations is to maximize revenue growth through the development, implementation and on-going maintenance of sales strategies, programs, and initiatives. This role will work across geographies and closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance leaders as a key advisor in the design, implementation, and optimization of the go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations Strategy, Process & Change Management: Leads sales operations strategy and Management of Change (MoC) initiatives, including integration across business units' post-acquisition, and the design and implementation of best-in-class sales processes, training, and discipline to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Strategic & Hands-on Leadership: Navigates seamlessly between hands-on execution (e.g., process design, metrics) and strategic collaboration with senior leadership. Builds, leads, and measures the performance of a high-impact Sales Operations team aligned with business goals; works closely with the senior leadership team to ensure sales strategies are fully aligned with overarching business goals, providing strategic guidance and operational support across departments
  • CRM, Tools, & Compliance: Oversee end-to-end sales data governance and compliance with legal and contractual obligations. Defines and implements tools and CRM technologies to boost productivity, ensuring adoption, data quality, and alignment with sales standards.
  • Sales Planning, Budgeting, and Resourcing: Partners with Sales Leadership and People & Culture to lead sales planning efforts, including quotas, budgets, headcount, expense forecasting, customer targeting, and workforce/resource optimization to maximize efficiency and performance

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business or related education is preferred
  • Must be proficient in spoken and written English
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience is required
  • Proven experience leading and engaging cross-functional teams across multiple locations, ensuring alignment and collaboration toward shared business objectives
  • Intermediate knowledge of CRM solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Led or co-developed negotiation strategies for commercial agreements (e.g., pricing, terms, service level agreements).
  • Occasional domestic and/or international travel (20%)
