A glimpse of your responsibilities:

• Optimize dispatch, routing, and scheduling to reduce empty runs, cut costs, and boost efficiency.
• Lead and structure daily logistics for a growing, multi-asset fleet — ensuring smooth operations and measurable impact.
• Coach and develop drivers and dispatchers, promoting a culture of accountability, urgency, and high standards.
• Track and act on KPIs (e.g. stops completed vs. planned, asset utilization, operating costs) to drive performance.
• Take decisive action when issues arise — you’re the go-to person for getting things back on track.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, maintenance, and compliance to ensure fleet readiness.
• Think like an owner: use financial insights to improve profitability and operational flow.

What we’re looking for:

• Leadership and coaching skills with a proactive, empowering approach to team development;
• Experience in logistics management, ideally in industries such as construction, waste management, or any environment involving a diverse fleet;
• A strong ability to delegate, think strategically, and build robust systems;
