About the role
Woodlawn Veterinary Hospital is seeking a responsible, customer-oriented Client Care Representative in a full or part time role for afternoon/closing shifts. Located in Guelph Ontario, we are a full-service, privately-owned cat and dog vet hospital.
Our ideal candidate will be comfortable with both client and patient interactions, making all feel welcome. They will maintain a positive outlook being both a self starter and a team-oriented individual.
This crucial front line team member will provide high quality customer service, possessing the ability to multitask, prioritize and to navigate sensitive situations while building and maintaining positive client relationships.
They must be comfortable communicating with clients in a professional and effective manner in person, over the phone and by email, and thrive in an often fast paced, high stakes customer service work environment.
Responsibilities:
Duties will include but are not limited to, providing a friendly front line by answering phones and emails, dealing with and directing client enquiries, weighing patients, billing out client’s, clerical duties including day end reconciliation, and general cleaning duties.
This is an afternoon/closing shift position with rotating weekend responsibilities; however, it does require flexible availability for possible morning shifts as needed.
