DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK

The District Administrative Clerk provides administrative support to the District Office, assisting the District Leadership team with clerical and administrative duties to support district systems. The District Administrative Clerk will provide support to Program locations. They will be communicating to people within and outside of Karis Disability Services to provide information about the organization.

The District Administrative Clerk will respect and uphold the Values, Vision and Mission of Karis Disability Services, demonstrating the highest standards of courtesy and respect in their dealings with other employees, persons supported and both internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma
  • Two-year related Community College preferred
  • Computer skills in word processing and spreadsheets, etc.
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management skills
