Position Summary: Customer Communication & Appointment Coordinator
We are looking for a Customer Communication & Appointment Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Vision770. You will be the primary point of contact for clients across multiple platforms—by phone, email, and in person—ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. Your role will focus on answering calls, managing appointments, and communicating clearly with clients in French, English, and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Book, confirm, and reschedule eye exam appointments.
- Manage all client communications across phone, email, and in-store channels.
- Ensure all appointment schedules are up to date and accurate.
- Handle customer questions regarding services, store hours, and product availability.
- Act as a liaison between clients and clinic staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluent in French, English, and Spanish – oral and written.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or scheduling role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using scheduling software and basic data entry tools.
- Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.10 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
