The role of the tutor is crucial in supporting learners in mastering the skills covered in their course, whether theoretical, practical, or behavioral. The tutor enriches the learning experience by bringing a practical dimension to the theoretical concepts explored on our online learning platform. Additionally, the tutor shares their own professional expertise, providing learners with a concrete and enriching perspective on their learning journey, while helping them grow in their field of study.

Responsibilities
- Prepare structured virtual sessions with a mix of activities and exercises that help learners master course skills.
- Lead virtual sessions once a week or biweekly, in the evening.
- Follow administrative procedures.
- Track the academic progress of learners.
- Respond to learners’ messages and lead discussion forums.
Skills And Qualifications Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s in graphic design
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Experience in education is an asset.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in OFFICE suite, MICROSOFT 365 (TEAMS)
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of MOODLE is a plus
- Knowledge of OMNIVOX is an asset.
Required Attributes
- Dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Diligent, deadline-oriented, organized, and structured
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable expressing yourself online and leading a group.
POSITION DETAILS This is a contractual position, renewable every 15 weeks.
