Security Concierge
Guardteck Security is hiring a Full-Time Security Concierge in Burlington Ontario.
What you will be doing:
- Be the first point of contact when someone enters the premise
- Provide customer service to residents and tenants
- Regular patrolling on the premises
- Monitor the CCTV
- Maintain daily log and report
What you should have for this position:
- Valid security license
- At least 12 months of Security Experience
- 2-3 years of concierge experience
- Experience with handling vagrants and intoxicated people
- Experience in verbal conflict de-escalation
- Proficient in the English language (verbal & written)
- Experience in completing high-quality reports
- Experience in providing customer service
- Comfortable working alone or with a diverse team
- Strong observation
