TELECO is a locally owned and operated business with over 35 years of connecting Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario and as a leading Tbaytel Authorized Dealer, we sell the Tbaytel suite of products from Home Services – Home Phone, TV, & Internet – to Mobility Services – Cell Phones, Smartphones, & Rocket Hubs – and provide after sales support you can count on.
We are looking for positive and upbeat people to join our growing team.
Shifts can be scheduled anytime Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm.

Reports to: Retail Sales Manager
Job Description
Our Sales Consultants are the first person to be seen by a customer when they walk through our doors. It is the job of our Sales Consultants to get to know our customers, what brings them into the store and to find the best solutions for their needs. Our customers expect us to be knowledgeable on the latest Smartphones and to be able to explain the differences between them.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Knowledge and excitement about Wireless products and services (previous 6 months would be an asset, but we can train).
Knowledge of the Tbaytel services we offer. We will also train on these services.
