About the Role
The Manager of Digital Revenue is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the digital sales initiatives across Corus digital platforms, channels, and products. This role will develop and execute the sales strategy efforts externally and internally. The Manager will be accountable for the achievement of digital sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while continuously optimizing the digital sales processes and workflows.
You will contribute by:
- Responsible for planning and directing all activities of the team including assignment of sales territories.
- Externally work with agencies and clients direct to maximize revenue growth.
- Internally work closely with cross-functional teams, including client marketing, product development, and customer support.
- Accountable for the achievement of digital sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while continuously optimizing the digital sales processes and workflows.
- Managing communications and preparation of sales forecasts.
- Manage, train, motivate and inspire direct reports.
- Work with strategists to identify opportunities to upsell clients.
- Develop new business and retention strategies.
- Assist in negotiation of Annual Agency Deals
- Build business solutions for customers that deliver against ROI/KPI’s including a self-served platform.
- Innovate and experiment to deliver new revenue opportunities
- Create dashboards and automated reports for clients

- Superior organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks/disciplines and deadlines.
- Expertise in managed service solutions and self-serve platforms.
- Expertise in programmatic media buying
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape
