Job purpose:
We are currently seeking a Dough Roller to join our team at Bardo Locke St. In this role, you will support the daily production of our signature pizza dough, ensuring consistency, quality, and readiness for service. Working out of our in-house pastry kitchen, you’ll be part of the team that helps bring Bardo’s signature dishes to life.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Prepare, portion, and roll dough in alignment with Bardo’s production standards.
  • Assist in prepping the pastry kitchen and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Follow direction from the Pastry Chef and kitchen leads to complete daily tasks.
  • Uphold high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization at all times.
  • Be flexible and willing to take on additional tasks to support kitchen operations.
  • Embody and promote Pearle Hospitality’s core values within the workplace.
  • Act as an ambassador for Bardo and Pearle Hospitality.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Follow all Health and Safety standards to ensure a safe environment for team members and guests.

What we would like you to bring to the table:

  • Food Handler Certificate is an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to stay focused without constant supervision.
  • Attention to detail and care in following recipe and portioning guidelines.
  • A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to pitch in where needed.
