We are seeking a highly skilled, enthusiastic professional to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you’ll provide expertise and guidance in the areas of employee relations, recruitment and selection, training and development, job classification and job evaluation, performance management, and policy and program development.

Ideally, you hold bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline along with at least five years of progressive human resources experience in a unionized setting. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. You have thorough knowledge of applicable legislation affecting the workplace and experience implementing best practices in human resources management. An exceptional communicator and relationship-builder, you have considerable initiative and thrive in a high-performing team environment.
