What You'll Be Doing You’ll be joining the Architecture Risk, Governance and Operations (ARGO) Team as a Senior Analyst, Process Operations. In this role, you will focus on executing and maintaining existing operational processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines and deadlines.
You will coordinate internal activities related to operational day-to-day deliverables, supporting process lifecycle activities such as monitoring workflows, tracking commitments, and following up on outstanding actions. You will help create and maintain required artifacts, assist in documentation needs, data gathering, and updates to support Business As Usual activities and initiatives.
This role will serve as a point of contact for internal and external partners across Technology Architecture, and you will proactively identify, action, and escalate potential issues and improve how work is completed. You’ll need to take a hands-on approach, balancing competing priorities and adapting to change with flexibility.
At CIBC, we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 2-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. How You Will Succeed
- Processing & Attention to Detail: You ensure the accurate and timely completion of day-to-day operational and governance activities by following documented processes, tracking items to completion, and maintaining high standards of quality. You notice the small things that others might overlook.
- Providing Exceptional Service: You build strong working relationships with internal partners across Technology Architecture. You act as a reliable point of contact, responding to requests promptly and helping to resolve issues with professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: You work closely with ARGO team members and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals. You communicate openly, keep others informed of progress, and help drive alignment across initiatives.
- Reporting & Transparency: You contribute to reporting activities by gathering, organizing, and maintaining data that provides visibility into team deliverables, timelines, and risks. Your work supports informed decision-making and creates transparency for leadership and partners.
- Continuous Improvement: You bring a curious mindset and look for ways to improve how work is done. Whether it’s finding a small efficiency or raising a potential issue early, you proactively contribute ideas that help the team operate better.
