Title – Guest Service Agent (Front Desk)
Reports to: Front Office Manager/General Manager
Guest Service Agent Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors
- Make reservation on the phone or/and assist walk-in guests
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages for appropriate party
- Being responsible with incoming and outgoing mails (Receive letter or deliveries)
- Check, sort, and forward emails
- Keep guest information updated
- Take up other duties as assigned by FOM
- Must have reliable transportation-bus is limited
- MUST be available to work on Weekends
