For over a decade, we’ve helped thousands of families in the Greater Vancouver Area facing all types of critter issues. All Green offers a growing range of pest control and wildlife services which currently include insect control, rodent control, raccoon, skunk, and bird removal, for residential, strata, commercial and industrial properties.
We're seeking a confident, customer-focused individual to support our growing pest control team. This role requires someone who is comfortable handling phone conversations, understands service-based scheduling, and can assist with inbound sales in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

Job Description:
- Answer inbound calls and emails with professionalism and confidence
- Convert warm inbound leads into booked services
- Schedule, adjust, and coordinate technician service routes
- Close and guide customers through the sales process
- Act as a communication hub between the office and field staff
- Provide pest control and wildlife education to every customer
- Compile service notes into customer quotes
- Effective use of our CRM. Previous CRM experience is an asset but not required
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Are comfortable speaking on the phone and leading conversations
- Have basic sales instincts and aren’t shy about promoting services
- Have experience scheduling service routes or working in a dispatch environment
- Enjoy working with customers and problem-solving in real time
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and can manage time efficiently
- Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills (proactive and reactive)
