About the role
STI Maintenance est à la recherche d'un(e) formateur(trice) pour les clients de l’entreprise. La personne peut être appelé à planifier, organiser et préparer les séances de formation et donner de la formation afin de supporter l’implantation des programmes et des systèmes de gestion de la maintenance.
Votre rôle pourra ressembler notamment à:

Collabore avec les professionnels de l’entreprise et des clients.

Utilise les systèmes et les outils informatiques reliés à sa fonction.

Fait des recherches et rédige les documents requis pour son travail.

Rédige les documents requis pour son travail afin de créer des procédures d’utilisation à des problèmes et solutions destiné à être utilisé par les apprenants.

Planifie et organise la formation.

Participe à la mise en pages, des contenus de la formation, selon les scripts et plans établis par les experts de l’organisation.

About STI Maintenance
STI Maintenance provides its clients with a fully integrated approach to maintenance, including turnkey projects. This approach is based on the best available business practices in maintenance and we provide services ranging from business process analysis and development to CMMS implementation, reliability engineering, training, etc.; always done in accordance with the notion of maintenance optimisation. In addition to providing technical expert services recognized by the industry, the STI Maintenance team is composed of software integration and support experts in CMMS software implementation such as IBM Maximo EAM solution, SAP PM, Infor EAM, Oracle, Altair, etc. Combined with our expertise in best practices, results always show a successful maintenance management solution implementation that is complete and effective for our clients. An example is the past implementation and support provided to Rio Tinto Alcan for IBM Maximo EAM and the current support provided to them for the implementation of SAP.
We are Business Partners with IBM MAXIMO which is well known in the industry as well as INFOR EAM.
In addition to the different services presented above, we also provide additional services related directly to maintenance such as: • Maintenance audits; • Development of technical records; • Maintenance programs; • Safety plans; • Work procedures, etc.
We also provide specialized technical services using cutting-edge techniques and technology to implement and manage efficient preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs. Our specialists use reliability analysis techniques such as RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and FMECA (Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis).
Finally, we also provide specialised training sessions based on maintenance best practices and all other matters related to equipment maintenance.
