What you’ll do
- Support customers, call centre employees and leadership across all Canadian Tire Bank departments. Call types and workflows are subject to continuously evolve.
- Be passionate about our customers and the service we provide.
- Deliver OUTSTANDING World Class experiences.
- Promote customer advocacy and support the Canadian Tire brand.
- Coach and mentor at a peer-to-peer level.

What you bring
- Strong Understanding of content within your current department
- Fast learner with willingness and understanding that you will be upskilled to support all banking departments (CRCC, CSG, CSEC/NCAT, and more).
- Consistent display of AOC skills both on and off phones.
- Ability to objection handle and have strong de-escalation skills. Resilient when faced with challenging call types.
- Receptive to feedback and quick to implement it.
- A leader amongst your peers.
- Achieving all Key Performance Indicators in your department.
- No ongoing concerns with absenteeism.
- Exceptional Time Management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
As a condition of employment, this position is subject to the successful completion of the following Pre-employment conditions:

Shift Information
The successful candidate must be willing to be flexible in their scheduling and assist in filling gaps that exist for bilingual coverage until the next shift bid. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7am-9pm and Saturday/Sunday 8am-6pm. Training schedule is TBD.
Work Model and Building location…
Your building location and/or work model will remain the same as it is today. The Bank SMR team practices the Work Your Way model with optional remote work, hybrid or permanent in office opportunities existing. Please note if you aren’t currently approved for remote work, you are required to undergo the assessment and obtain approval.
