WheelsCo is a premium retailer of aftermarket wheels and tires, proudly serving customers across Canada through both our ecommerce platform and our physical showroom and installation facility in Vaughan, Ontario. Known for our curated selection and expert service, we are expanding our off-road segment and seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join our team.
About the Role
As a Sales Representative specializing in off-road wheels and tires, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers looking to upgrade their trucks, SUVs, and 4x4s. You will deliver exceptional customer service, provide expert advice, and support both retail and wholesale activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in, online, and phone-in customers with off-road wheel and tire solutions
- Recommend wheel and tire packages tailored to vehicles such as Tacoma, 4Runner, Bronco, Wrangler, and more
- Prepare and manage quotes, invoices, and sales orders
- Suggest new off-road brands and products to the purchasing team based on customer trends and demand
- Maintain knowledge of product specs, fitments, and industry trends
- Coordinate with warehouse and installation teams for order fulfillment
- Assist with showroom presentation and in-store promotions
- Occasionally support off-road events or promotional activations
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive sales or parts (off-road specialization is required)
- Strong understanding of off-road vehicles, fitments, and aftermarket modifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly self-motivated with a passion for the off-road community
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required
Availability
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Closed Sundays and most statutory holidays
Compensation & Perks
- $19–$22 per hour based on experience
- Commission on sales
