If you have a passion for design, outstanding organizational skills, and a desire to support our Sales and Specifications teams, we’d love to hear from you.
Reports to: Specifications Manager
What You'll Be Doing:
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability and avoid under-stocking and/or over-stocking.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage replenishment orders on samples.
- Track, label, and systemize sample stock for easy retrieval and accurate record-keeping.
Sample Organization
- Organize and maintain sample displays at client offices, showrooms, and millwork shops.
- Ensure samples are current, labeled, and well-presented.
Sample Delivery and Installation
- Deliver and install sample wallboards using basic tools
- Provide clients with sample library updates and offer basic product knowledge to clients.
Collaboration and Communication

Coordinate with the internal teams and clients to meet sample needs.

Provide regular updates to Sales and Design team on inventory, deliveries, and any issues.
An Average Week Might Look Like:

Start your Monday by checking and logging sample inventory in the office to ensure all incoming materials are accounted for and ready to go.
Pick and package requested samples, then head out in the afternoon to deliver them to 2–3 client locations—installing wallboards as needed using basic tools. -
On Tuesday, shift your focus to internal organization. Tidy up the sample stockroom, follow up with vendor partners on pending sample orders, and provide delivery updates to the Sales and Specification teams to keep everyone aligned.

Your third day, if needed, would be more flexible fieldwork day. You might be visiting showrooms or millwork partners to update displays and responding to any last-minute client sample requests that come through.
What You Bring:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A sense of accountability and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for transporting samples.
- 1+ year experience in merchandising or a similar role (preferred).
- A professional and polite demeanour with strong communication skills.
Schedule Requirements:

Must be available to work Mondays and Tuesdays.

Flexible hours on other days of the week based on your schedule.

In-person role with frequent travel within Vancouver and surrounding areas.

24+ hours per week.
