Position Title: Senior Functional Analyst – SAP EHS
Location: Calgary, AB

The Position:
We are working with our industry leading Calgary client find a Senior Functional Analyst to lead the evolution, design, and implementation of their SAP Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) solutions. This role plays a key part in advancing their safety initiatives by leveraging SAP technologies to support enterprise-wide safety and compliance goals.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the analysis, configuration, and delivery of SAP EHS projects and ongoing support initiatives.
- Champion process improvement methodologies and standards that align with corporate and departmental strategies.
- Research and apply industry best practices to identify risks, constraints, and assumptions while ensuring business requirements are met.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure SAP EHS systems accordingly.
- Create detailed process models, use cases, and documentation that clearly define system behavior and business rules.
- Respond to service requests, troubleshoot transactional issues, and support application upgrades and maintenance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to communicate business process changes and system requirements.
- Assist in developing user documentation and delivering training to support solution adoption.
Mandatories:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP EHS, including progressive responsibilities in functional analysis.
- Strong expertise in SAP EHS and S/4HANA implementation and support.
