Overview
The National Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing the Amazon EU 1P (must have that experience with Amazon specifically) business by developing strategic account plans, executing sales initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with internal teams and Amazon stakeholders. This role requires deep knowledge of eCommerce, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a data-driven approach to drive revenue and meet operational targets.
Type: Direct hire, CANADA, hybrid
Schedule: Regular work hours M-F
Pay: $110,000 - $140,000 Canadian
National Account Manager Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Amazon EU 1P
- Manage product presentations, proposals, and new item setup through Amazon systems and Salsify
- Collaborate with Amazon’s internal teams (buying, replenishment, logistics, marketing) to align with timelines and objectives
- Forecast and analyze sales data on a regular basis to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded
- Oversee item management and advertising through platforms like CommerceIQ and AMS
- Ensure pricing strategies are consistent across Amazon and other eCommerce platforms
- Monitor and analyze business trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for account growth
National Account Manager Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of direct experience managing Amazon 1P accounts; Amazon Vendor Central experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting and utilizing sales data
- Experience with eCommerce systems including Salsify, CommerceIQ, and AMS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
