About the role

Phreesia is looking for an Insights & Analytics Manager to join our growing Network Solutions Team. The Insights & Analytics (IA) Manager will utilize various types of data to draw insights and build strategic recommendations to advance Phreesia’s patient communications business in life sciences and healthcare. This is a strategic, client-facing role that involves communication and collaboration with agency and brand partners.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams (including but not limited to the sales team, data science team, clinical team, and content strategy team) to identify and optimize digital patient engagement campaigns, effectively communicating the value of Phreesia and ensuring validation of campaign success. You will own inventory forecasting, campaign management, measurement and reporting for several disease areas encompassing numerous client campaigns within each area. As an IA Manager, you will also support strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, identifying novel data use cases, supporting new market development initiatives, and bringing new innovations to life in partnership with data science, product, and other teams throughout Phreesia.

What You'll Do:

  • Function in a consultative manner, efficiently translating data and insights into strategic solutions for internal and client teams
  • Serve as an analytics/insights expert on assigned accounts to help pull through brand goals and strategic imperatives
  • Provide strategic support around inventory management, prioritization and targeting recommendations to support sales and executional teams
  • Support the sales team to demonstrate the value of Phreesia through robust measurement to potential clients and successfully communicate campaign details and measurement
  • Manage and present campaign reporting and measurement, generating insights and client-facing stories from both primary and secondary data
  • Work closely across the data science team to analyze data and cull insights
  • Work cross-functionally on strategic projects, thought leadership, sales support materials, ad hoc requests, and other measurement collateral using 3rd party data, internal data, and secondary research. This may include market landscape insights, point of care insights, media insights and comparison data, ROI analyses, case studies, benchmarking and more
  • Support new initiatives in partnership with Analytics & Insights team leaders to develop new approaches to data assessment and drive meaningful business growth and operational efficiencies
  • Contributes individually, as well as builds relationships with internal team members, including mentorship of junior team members

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of analytics experience preferably within the agency or consulting setting working with healthcare or pharmaceutical brands
  • Client-facing experience to consult and present to clients
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills to think strategically, knowing how to utilize data to guide bigger picture decisions
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, possessing intellectual curiosity to dig into data to find the underlying cause of a problem
  • Collaborative nature with a comfort for going against the grain and backing up opinion with data
