We are recruiting on behalf of a long-standing and reputable automotive parts and engineering service provider located in Woodstock, Ontario. With over 35 years of experience supporting major North American automakers, our client is known for its stable, family-oriented work environment and commitment to employee growth and development.
They are currently looking to add a Sales Administrator to their on-site team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within a dynamic, global industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales Coordinators by preparing and organizing quotations for production and service parts
- Maintain, update, and summarize contracts using internal systems and customer portals
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Process Development departments to collect necessary data
- Track and compare pricing, update Excel trackers, and support quote management
- Assist with resolving discrepancies between internal branches and external buyers
- Communicate proactively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and on time using client platforms
What We're Looking For
- Completion of a two-year college diploma (preferably in Business Administration or related)
- 0–1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
- Interest or background in the automotive industry is a strong asset
- Ability to read technical drawings or CAD files is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license required
International Travel Requirement
The position may include occasional international travel to the U.S., Mexico, and Japan for training and coordination purposes.
To be successful in this role, candidates should:
- Hold a valid passport, and
- Be currently eligible to travel internationally without requiring a lengthy visa process for these destinations.
