Position: (1) Temp Part-time Library Assistant
Effective: August 5, 2025, to August 6, 2026, or until the original incumbent returns to graduated hours or full hours at full duties or appropriate notice; whichever comes first
Position Summary: Carries out a variety of functions in the day-to-day operation within the County Library system.
Salary: $22.32 to $27.23 per hour
Qualifications: Post secondary training or experience in a library setting preferred. Proficiency in computer use and knowledge of general software programs such as MS Office and internet browsers.
Hours: As scheduled by the Employer, 15-20 hours per week plus on-call hours. Hours to be worked at the Dutton, West Lorne and Rodney Library Branches. Must be available for on call shifts at all branches when required. The hours of work to be determined by the Supervisor.
Closing Date: Friday August 1, 2025 at 4:30 p.m.
