About the role
Job Description
- Total experience of 7+ years in software development working on software development projects including hands on experience on requirement, design, coding & unit testing involving development languages Type Script/ Python
- Minimum 3 + years of experience in Amazon Connect working as contact center lead/developer
- Hands-on experience working on the design, development, deployment and migration of contact center solutions at scale.
- Hands-on experience on Configuring and managing Contact Flows, Queues, Routing Profiles in Amazon Connect and including complex integrations with Amazon Lex, Lambda
- Knowledge of Dynamo DB, AWS CloudWatch, AWS CloudTrail
- Good understanding of Amazon IAM concepts, ability to configure and troubleshoot Amazon Connect Contact Flows, CCP issues etc
- Ability to write high quality technical design documents, lead review sessions with customer to obtain approval, collaborate effectively with internal/external stakeholders on technical items, trouble
- shoot issues and resolve in a professional and timely manner.
- Experience of working on projects in Agile Methodology
