About the role

✨ Who We Are Meroka is building the future of independent medicine in the United States. We provide operations, finance, tech, and strategic support to physician-owned practices-helping them grow sustainably and with soul. This is in addition to support for physicians transitioning ownership to the employees of the business.

We believe in clear communication, practical systems, thoughtful design, and long-term thinking. Our tone is warm, grounded, and confident-but never corporate or clinical.

✅ What You’ll Do Project Coordination

  • Support the end-to-end onboarding of new clinics and operational rollout
  • Help manage project timelines, task assignments, and follow-ups
  • Assist in organizing kickoff meetings, status check-ins, and stakeholder updates
  • Track progress and escalate issues when needed to keep projects moving

Implementation Support

  • Work with our Product and Ops teams to gather technical requirements and document workflows
  • Support testing of integrations (billing, EHR, accounting systems) and ensure clinic data is set up correctly
  • Assist in quality assurance and product readiness checks prior to go-live

Communication & Documentation

  • Maintain clear, timely communication with both internal teams and external clinic staff
  • Create and update documentation, trackers, and status reports
  • Help prepare training materials and onboarding guides as needed

Post-Launch Follow-Up

  • Collect feedback from clinics after launch and document improvement opportunities
  • Ensure that clients are transitioned smoothly to Meroka’s support team

🧠 We’re Looking For Someone Who…

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations, healthcare support, or SaaS onboarding
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Great communicator—comfortable interacting with both internal teams and external clients
  • Interest in healthcare operations and a desire to grow into a project or implementation management role
  • Adaptable, proactive, and excited to learn in a fast-moving environment

💰 What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation, depending on experience
  • Health benefits, retirement savings matching and unlimited vacation
  • A mission-driven, purpose-led role with creative freedom
  • Ownership of your area: this is not a siloed role
  • A fast-moving, kind, and ambitious team that values thoughtful, useful work
  • Opportunities to grow into a larger leadership role across partnerships and operations

🌍 Additional Notes

  • This role is an opportunity for frequent travel across the USA for in-person onboarding, training, and enablement support. All travel will be coordinated and supported by the Meroka team.

📣 How To Apply

  • Please send us either your CV or a brief summary of your experience. Our Chief of Staff, Alexandra Kiekens, will reach out to you via LinkedIn to schedule a short 10-minute introductory phone call as the first step of the interview process.

About Meroka

Medical Practices
11-50

Our mission is to make independent practice ownership the default path for physicians in all specialties.

We believe that care delivered in the independent setting produces superior patient outcomes at a lower cost. By breaking down barriers to successfully operate an independent practice, we aim to empower more physicians to choose ownership over employment and swing the pendulum away from consolidation. Because healthcare deserves to be personal not corporate.
