Lead the configuration, implementation and support of financial systems while ensuring change management and training needs are met
What you’ll do:
- Develop a vision and purpose for the team, including goals and priorities
- Lead, develop and coach the team on workload, goal-setting and performance management
- Manage workloads for a cross-functional team
- Lead system upgrades and implement new functionality
- Co-ordinate configuration and implementation with all stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to communicate Finance business requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Confident communicator and strong strategic thinker
- Team player able to connect and build business relationships
- Experienced multi-tasker who can manage competing priorities
- Proven leader with demonstrated coaching, training and collaboration skills with a passion to help others succeed
What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce or business administration and at least six years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- In-depth experience in system development and software testing
- Knowledge of processes, procedures and policies related to key financial disciplines
- Ability to translate between functional and technical requirements and vice-versa
- Expert understanding of internal controls
