About the role
Parts/Service Counter Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday
Location: Mississauga
SDI is a progressive industrial overhead door manufacturer looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our Parts Counter. In this position, you will be the primary contact for customers as they place parts orders, request product pricing and availability information. The position requires an individual with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with a sense of urgency and enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
The following is a brief overview of the position; however, the employee is expected to assist other staff as required from time to time in various duties as needed.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to all customers
- Advise clients on appropriate parts, accessories, and or solutions on all product lines
- Process quotations, order confirmations, orders, and when required invoices for direct sales
- Process digital payments only by debit or credit card when required
- Picking materials in advance for pick up or at the time of order when required
- Packaging materials when required
- Logistic duties when required
- Assist other staff in processing orders
- Assist in inventory management including putting away inventory, organization & counting
- Assist in ordering inventory
- Advising clients and or staff on delivery times, order delays, and logistics
- Responding to e-mails and phone calls
- Maintaining area cleanliness & organization not limited to cleaning floors, tables, handles, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
