Job Summary
Southlake Health Foundation is in search of a highly motivated, data-savvy, and results-driven annual giving professional to join our team as the Coordinator, Annual Giving.
Reporting to the Manager, Annual Giving (and as a member of the Marketing Communications and Annual Giving Portfolio) the Coordinator will leverage their non profit/fundraising experience, and knowledge of digital and direct marketing programs (including direct mail, lottery, monthly giving, grateful patient, memorial, and tribute programs) to support the growth of revenue, acquire new donors, and help to drive donor retention.
Your attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, relationship building skills (both in-person and online), and knowledge of annual giving best practices, will make you an incredible asset to our team. Qualifications
-
2-3 years of experience in annual giving and/or direct marketing programs
-
A degree or diploma in fundraising, marketing, business, or a combination of comparable skills and experience.

Experience working in a not-for-profit or charitable organization (or related consulting agency) in fundraising coordination and administration is an asset
-
Experience using Raiser’s Edge, Luminate, or other donor database management system(s)
As the successful candidate, you must have a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Primary Responsibilities
Working closely with the Manager, Annual Giving, the Coordinator is responsible for exceptional organizational support and management of Southlake Health Foundation’s Annual Giving program, including supporting growth and retention strategies within the portfolio.
This key member of the Annual Giving team will execute and coordinate approved fundraising strategies aimed at new and existing donors through a multi-channel approach for Direct Response programs, including: Direct Mail, Memorial/Tribute Giving, Monthly Donor Program, Lottery Initiatives, Grateful Patient Programs, Hospital Family Giving, and Digital/Online Giving Campaigns.
This role will work closely with Marketing Communications, Donor Operations, Donor Experience, and Major Gifts team members to execute fundraising campaigns/initiatives, track and evaluate progress, and ensure seamless donor experiences between portfolios.
