Your Role: Drive Growth, Influence Decision-Makers, and Build Strategic Partnerships
You will be responsible for presenting innovative advertising solutions to B2B clients, developing new business opportunities, and managing long-term client relationships. You’ll bring intelligence, energy, and purpose to every interaction—helping our clients connect with audiences through meaningful, measurable campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and cultivate new opportunities across BIV and Western Investor markets. Leverage market research, social selling, and industry connections to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Digital Marketing Sales: Use your expertise in SEO, SEM, programmatic advertising, and social media to recommend tailored advertising and sponsorship solutions.
- Long Sales Cycle Management: Navigate complex, consultative sales processes with professionalism. Use CRM tools to track activity, forecast opportunities, and close deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Support clients from pitch to post-campaign. Monitor performance, resolve issues, and optimize outcomes to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Event & Brand Integration: Work cross-functionally with our editorial, events, and marketing teams to align client goals with brand initiatives and high-impact business events.

Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in advertising, media, digital marketing or sponsorship sales.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing tactics and their application in lead generation and brand building.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- High degree of professionalism and self-motivation.
- Analytical thinking and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

- Base Salary: Base salary + commissions - OTE $100-$125k annually.
