The Director of Digital Solutions & Delivery is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development, implementation, and enhancement of digital banking products, platforms, and services. This role ensures the delivery of seamless, innovative, and secure digital experiences that align with the credit union’s strategic objectives and technology capabilities. Working cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Operations, and external partners, the Director drives digital transformation and supports scalable, member-centric growth across all digital channels.
The Director of Digital Solutions Delivery role oversees the end-to-end delivery of digital projects—including online banking, mobile apps, onboarding platforms, and payments—while ensuring seamless integration with core systems and third-party applications. The Director manages a team of digital professionals and vendor partnerships to drive innovation, maintain high-quality execution, and deliver secure, user-friendly experiences. Using member feedback and analytics, the role continuously improves digital touchpoints in collaboration with Marketing and Member Services. Additionally, the Director ensures compliance with regulatory standards, cybersecurity protocols, and risk management frameworks, supporting governance and audit readiness across all digital initiatives.
Preferred candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Digital Strategy, or related field.
- MBA, PMP, Agile certification, or similar credentials are considered assets.
- 7–10 years of experience in digital banking, product management, or technology leadership roles, preferably within financial services or a credit union.
- Proven success in delivering digital transformation initiatives and launching member-facing digital products.
- Experience working with core banking systems, APIs, cloud-based platforms, and digital security protocols.
- Strategic thinker with a strong grasp of emerging technologies and digital user expectations.
- Strong leadership and project delivery skills with a focus on execution and outcomes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Member-centric mindset and passion for innovation in financial services.
