What You'll Do:

• Influencer Sourcing: Conduct extensive sourcing and research to identify and source influencers, microbloggers, and potential brand ambassadors who align with our brand values.
• Influencer Reach Out: Collab influencer outreach campaigns, including negotiation, content planning, and performance tracking.
• Retail Partnership Outreach: Identify and reach out to small businesses and retail partners to explore opportunities for brand placement and collaborations.
• Organic Social Media Marketing: Support organic marketing efforts by creating and curating content for our social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
• Brand Ambassador Program: Help rebrand and revamp our Brand Ambassador Program, developing new strategies to increase engagement and participation.

You Must Be:

• A domestic student (Canadian Citizen)
• Currently enrolled full or part-time in a Canadian university in BC
• You’re relentless in your approach, putting in the time and effort to meticulously source and evaluate a high volume of qualified influencers and other potential partnerships for top-line growth.
• You are the planner of the groups you are a part of and known for your attention to detail
• You love a challenge and are self-driven: you thrive under pressure and can quickly become a subject matter expert on any subject through self-drive; you can take on projects and manage them end-to-end, seeking help and guidance as needed.
• Exceptional communicator: you can clearly communicate complex ideas through different mediums; you are able to build relationships quickly.

This is a part-time Fall 2025 internship opportunity at 20 hours a week starting September 3rd 2025 - Dec 31, 2025 . The hourly rate for this internship is CAD $25/hour.
