Are you passionate about designing impactful learning experiences that drive performance and engagement? Aviva Canada is seeking a Bilingual Learning Consultant to join our Distribution Learning team. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and deliver innovative learning solutions that elevate distribution and broker capabilities and support our strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Conduct learning needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Design and develop engaging, learner-centric content using tools such as Rise 360, Articulate Storyline, and Vyond.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
- Ensure all content meets accessibility and brand standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in learning design and facilitation.
- Strong instructional design skills and proficiency in e-learning tools.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving and strong project management abilities.
- Knowledge of French and English is required to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with our customers, partners and other Aviva teams located across Canada
