This role is critical for driving revenue growth by engaging with potential customers who reach out to us with pest-related concerns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with a focus on delivering solutions for residential and commercial pest control needs. - Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from potential customers via phone, email, or chat regarding pest control services.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage relationships effectively.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customers’ pest problems (e.g., rodents, insects, termites) and recommend appropriate treatment plans or services.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive and reassuring experience for every client.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on promotional campaigns and service offerings, such as seasonal pest control packages.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pest control methods, products, industry regulations, and competitive services.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into booked services.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while adhering to company policies and safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Background in pest control sales or knowledge of pest management services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly, especially with customers concerned about pest issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer concerns calmly under pressure.
- A proactive attitude toward learning about pest control solutions and improving sales techniques.
