Emerge Modular is seeking a full-time Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team in THREE HILLS, ALBERTA. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE EMPLOYMENT POSITION. You will be responsible for purchasing/procurement, tracking incoming orders and inventory, admin support, and general office and reception duties.
Responsibilities:
- Purchasing
- Inventory control
- Assistance with progress claims and tracking incoming invoices
- Coding and entering invoices into Accumatica
- Administrative duties
- General office duties
Qualifications:
- Purchasing experience
- Considerable experience in accounting is an asset
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Acumatica will be considered an asset
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Excel for basic data entry;
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Good client service skills
Health benefits are available after 3 months.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
