Job description

Emerge Modular is seeking a full-time Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team in THREE HILLS, ALBERTA. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE EMPLOYMENT POSITION. You will be responsible for purchasing/procurement, tracking incoming orders and inventory, admin support, and general office and reception duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing
  • Inventory control
  • Assistance with progress claims and tracking incoming invoices
  • Coding and entering invoices into Accumatica
  • Administrative duties
  • General office duties

Qualifications:

  • Purchasing experience
  • Considerable experience in accounting is an asset
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as Acumatica will be considered an asset
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Excel for basic data entry;
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Good client service skills

Health benefits are available after 3 months.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
