About the role

Facilities Services Worker – Pitt Meadows - Afternoons

Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)

Monday to Friday 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm onsite in Pitt Meadows

In this role, you will:

  • Thorough Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining various floor types and exterior grounds.
  • Organizing: Keeping janitorial rooms and supply storage areas tidy and well-stocked
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring all areas, including warehouse, manufacturing, stairs, wash bays, lobbies, and exterior grounds, are spotless.
  • Carrying and lifting: You will be clearing cardboard and packaging, cleaning machines and using equipment which is all quite heavy

You have:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least one year in janitorial or custodial work; familiarity with GMP environments is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, strong interpersonal abilities, and effective in both independent and team settings.
  • Attributes: Self-motivation, sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and reliable attendance.
