What we are looking for:

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on the road and enjoys building lasting relationships? This on-the-go, client-facing role offers the excitement of traveling between dealerships and engaging with a diverse portfolio of clients.

We are seeking a Senior Fleet & Leasing Sales Representative to grow our lease and fleet portfolio across the region. You will work directly with businesses, government agencies, and commercial clients to provide custom vehicle solutions—turning complex needs into simple, strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of fleet and leasing clients, including businesses, government agencies, and commercial fleets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand fleet sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet managers, dealers, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Develop and present customized fleet solutions, including vehicle selection, pricing, financing, and leasing options.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, manufacturer incentives, and competitive offerings to maximize business opportunities.
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings to promote fleet and leasing services.
  • Establish new lease broker business
  • Develop non-prime approval profit, supporting any marketing and advertising initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in fleet sales, leasing, B2B sales, or automotive retail sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding fleet sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of fleet management, leasing programs, and financing options.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset.
  • Strong industry network and existing client base are highly preferred.
