The Role

As an Account Executive , you’ll play a key role in expanding the client’s customer base and deepening existing relationships. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role ideal for a results-oriented professional with a passion for B2B sales and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Conduct product demos and present tailored solutions to prospects
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Drive contract negotiations and close sales to exceed revenue targets
  • Partner with clients as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their goals
  • Ensure timely delivery of services aligned with client expectations
  • Provide regular updates and insights to both clients and internal teams
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Monitor and forecast key performance metrics and sales trends
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline data within the CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support growth initiatives
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues as they arise

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management
  • Proven ability to engage and influence decision-makers, including C-level executives
  • Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure
  • A customer-centric approach to problem-solving
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
