Responsibilities may include:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Working with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into clear and concise requirements, and documenting them in various formats (e.g., BRDs, user stories).
- Solution Design: Collaborating with development teams to design solutions that meet business requirements, often involving process flows, data models, and system integrations.
- Product Knowledge: Possessing a strong understanding of retail lending products, including origination, servicing, and regulatory requirements.
- Agile Development: Participating in agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, and providing feedback on user stories.
- Testing and Implementation: Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and assisting with the deployment of new features and enhancements.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for business requirements, system processes, and user guides.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicating effectively with stakeholders, providing updates, and addressing their concerns.
- Compliance: Ensuring that solutions adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the development and implementation lifecycle.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services or banking industry.
- Retail Lending: Strong knowledge of retail lending processes, products, and regulations.
- Requirements Gathering: Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Solution Design: Experience in designing solutions for complex business problems.
- Agile: Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Product Knowledge: Experience with VeriPark's retail lending solutions is a plus.
