Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Vancouver, BC. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and managing accounts. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client needs are met.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Account Management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience in the print industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
