About the role
What you’ll do
As an engineer on the brand new Link Mobile team, you’ll build apps and SDKs in service of growing Link, Stripe’s one-click payment solution. Millions of consumers already use Stripe every year; this gives us a massive opportunity to accelerate the evolution of online commerce by making their experience the best it can be.
Stripe has not historically built consumer facing products. We’re looking for engineers who are invigorated by the opportunity to have a major impact on how users interact with Stripe. You must be comfortable dealing with lots of ambiguity, you should have exquisite attention to detail, and be comfortable learning new technologies and systems.
Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain iOS SDKs and native apps

Work with engineers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders across the company to build new features and products

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements, incorporating them as appropriate

Collaborate with other mobile developers across Stripe to establish company-wide best practices

Collaborate effectively in a distributed work environment, maintaining open communication and strong connections with colleagues
Who you are

Minimum requirements

5+ years of iOS development experience

Experience writing readable, maintainable, and testable code

Enjoy sweating the details of both user experience and API design
