Now Hiring: Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Associates
Location: Calgary & Surrounding Area (Okotoks to Calgary North)
We’re looking for outgoing, sales-focused, customer-loving individuals to join our in-studio teams! If you love talking to people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to grow your skills in a beauty and wellness setting — this could be the perfect fit.
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable chatting with new people
- Strong sales mindset — you love closing a sale and upselling with intention
- Reliable, responsible, and able to take initiative
- Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Open availability, including evenings and weekends
- Flexible to work in Calgary and/or Okotoks studios
- Bonus: experience in retail, customer service, or the beauty industry
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting clients and creating an amazing in-studio experience
- Booking appointments, managing daily schedules, and maintaining studio flow
- Educating clients on services, packages, and products
- Driving sales and helping the team hit studio goals
- Maintaining a clean and professional studio environment
- Supporting your manager and team wherever needed
Compensation:
Hourly starting at $15–$16/hour, with bonuses and commission available for sales performance. Associates who are goal-driven and confident in client conversations regularly earn well above their base wage.
