Role Description

This is a part-time on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Montreal, QC at Gym Fit Forme. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all members.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
• Proficiency in both English and French is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
