The location in Cross City, (Florida, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Coordinator, Health & Safety. This job is full-time permanent.
We are looking for someone eager to join our team to manage the day-to-day safety and environmental responsibilities at our Sawmill in Cross City, Florida.

Your challenges:
·Train new employees in all aspects of safety.
·Perform, evaluate and follow-up on safety inspections; offer recommendations for improvement.
·Plan and conduct annual safety training.
·Maintain records required by State Air and Water permits.
·Provide safety training for contractors and vendors.
·Examine and monitor waste hauling invoices.
·Plan and prepare Safety Committee activities.
·Order, organize and distribute safety supplies including PPE.
·Preform other duties as assigned.
Your Profile:
·High School diploma or GED.
·5 years experience of related work experience.
·OSHA 10 and/or 30 certification
·Self starter
·Excellent communication skills.
·Background in high production mills a plus.
·Proficient in MS Office.
